SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Regular Orders

All orders received before 12:00 pm EST Monday - Friday are processed within 2 business days of payment verification and are shipped FREE on orders over CAD125 within Canada before taxes via standard free shipping. Less than  CAD125 orders, shipping fee applies in the flat rate of CAD15.

Most orders shipped via Canada Post/UPS/FedEx. Final delivery of most standard orders will be completed by Canada Post mail carriers. In some cases, end delivery will be completed by FedEx/UPS.

​

Please note that on occasions, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

​

We accept and ship international orders and shipping fee applies and varies with the bulk & weight of the order and are automatically calculated upon check out. Customers are responsible for all duty, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier. The minimum delivery charge for shipping in the US is $25. If it is going to cost more we will contact you prior to shipping out your order.

Military Address - Orders with Military shipping address are accepted on a case to case basis and additional shipping fee applies. Before placing an order please contact via email or DM (IG) for confirmation.

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

We make every attempt to ship your order complete with minimal excess packaging. However, in some instances your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange at our discretion or provide store credit (Credit Code will be emailed) for the original purchase price of the item, not including shipping costs, once the returned item is received.

​

Items may be returned for exchange or refund within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all packaging intact (including labels and dust bag).

​

  1. Please contact us first via email at return@bubbleskisses.com, include the reasons for the return, what is the item you are returning, attach a photo of the item you are returning and attach a copy of your payment confirmation.

  2. In the email reply, you receive from Customer Care, a Return Reference No. is provided. Write the RRN number on top of your return package. We cannot process returns without the reference number.

  3. All return items must be ship with the courier that offers a tracking code. Please note that we are not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used!

  4. Once your return is received and confirmed to be in a saleable & unused condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days, less original shipping charges if any.

Limited Manufacturer Warranty - 1yr

​

We offer a 1-year Limited Manufacturer Warranty against your purchase order. If a manufacturer defect is found, we will replace the item at our discretion, in accordance with the current warranty claims process as it may be updated from time to time.

​

BK warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning liquids, damage during transport or any modification to a Bubbles Kisses merchandise. Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our warranties.

All warranty claims are dealt with as promptly as possible, with most claims completed within 5-7 business days.

​

How to make a claim:

  1. Please contact us via email at warranty@bubbleskisses.com, include the reasons for the claim, what is the item you are claiming warranty for, attach a photo of the item defect (Front & Back)and a copy of your payment confirmation or order number.

  2. We will go through the claim and photos and let you know if the defect falls within our warranty policy by issuing a Warranty Reference No.(WRN) number.

  3. Once you have completed the warranty process, we will invite you to place an order for a replacement product on us equivalent to the purchase amount.
